Swimming more than painting right now. The regular swimming cadence to find the same rhythm and sensation as the marks. Just have to be patient. Each stroke taken let it truly feels connected and grounded w every pores of skin attached to the beyond. Gliding this borrowed large mass forward effortlessly using own instruments until its expiration. The grasping breath elevates to such abandonment as if there is no end but only to the now while recovering toward the gap of emptiness for another breath. The visual metaphor of repetitive cadence for the being reveals finally. Never absolute but only relational. Once the internal found, relate to the external as universal and arrive at unity.
