Incremental Improvement

Wed 5/1 Tonight I killed it. Broke the 1 min barrier :-)




Friday 4/26 I haven't been swimming in a while. Forgot that by just slightly turning the shoulder vertical to the water I would gain almost a minute. Cedric my ironman trainer saw me for the first time in 2 months commented that I am a different swimmer now as my line is better now. I could feel my heels at the top of the water which means I am no longer sinking creating drag. I just have to rotate my body perpendicular to the water to reduce drag surface of my shoulder.
